Safety and Compliance

Deposit

Payment Terms and Conditions

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest on the overdue amount. JS Pro Kitchen Resurfacing reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

Non-Payment: In cases of non-payment, JS Pro Kitchen Resurfacing reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. Clients will be responsible for any legal fees or costs associated with recovering the debt.

Final Payment: The final payment is due upon the completion of the project, after the final inspection and approval by the client. Failure to make the final payment may result in delays in project handover.

 

Warranty

JS Pro Kitchen Resurfacing uses a very durable 2 Pac paint, and we provide a 3-year warranty on the paint applied during resurfacing.

This warranty covers defects in the paint itself but does not cover paint that peels off or cracks due to timber expansion or damage from severe scratches.

The warranty is void if improper care or harsh cleaning chemicals are used on the resurfaced surfaces.

Limitation of Liability

JS Pro Kitchen Resurfacing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

 

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service agreement within a specified period before the project begins, as outlined in the service contract.

Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee, which covers any preparatory work or materials already acquired.
